Total Forklift Service is subject to the Privacy Act 1988 of the Commonwealth of Australia. We are an organisation as defined by that Act and hold personal information.

Total Forklift Service takes its obligations to protect your privacy very seriously. This policy statement has been prepared to help us to comply with our privacy obligations and to inform you about your privacy rights.  Our policy is to comply in all respects with our privacy obligations.  This policy binds Total Forklift Service as an organisation as well as our staff and officers. We also expect our contractors to comply fully with their privacy obligations.

We may hold and use a variety of records.  These include name and address details about clients, financial records and business transaction history.

Your personal information will be used only to provide you with services, administer your account and communicate with you.

The personal information we hold is stored securely.  We do not routinely disclose your information to any outside person or organisation except for the purposes we have stated.

You can ask us for access to personal information we hold about you and ask that it be corrected.  If you make such a request, we will ask you to complete a form for this purpose. There is no charge for lodging a request to access your information. We may make a small charge, however, for our time involved in providing this access and for associated costs.
