A. MHE is an acronym for Material Handling Equipment. It is all equipment that relates to the movement, storage, control and protection of materials, goods and products throughout the process of manufacturing, distribution, consumption and disposal. Material handling equipment is the mechanical equipment involved in the complete system. Material handling equipment is generally separated into four main categories: storage and handling equipment, engineered systems, industrial trucks, and bulk material handling. Types of MHE include Cranes, Conveyors, Forklift Trucks and Skid Steer Loaders.

Q. Where do I get forklift spare parts?

 

A. Total Forklift Service Australia carry an extensive range of forklift spare parts for all forklift equipment. If we don’t have stock of the part you require, we will source it for you. Call us with your requirements for a free quote.

 

 

Q. What warranty comes with a forklift?

 

A. Standard factory warranty on a new Mitsubishi forklift is 36 months or 3000 hours. A Mitsubishi Diamond Care extended warranty is available to cover up to 48 months or 6000 hours, conditions apply.

 

 

Q. What types of fuel can be used in your forklifts?

 

A. Depending on your requirements, you may find different types of fuel systems offer different advantages. We supply a wide range of forklifts in Petrol, LPG, Diesel and Electric configurations.

 

 

Q. What can I do if I order the wrong part?

 

A. Parts ordered in error must be returned within 7 days of invoice date and a 20% restocking fee will apply. Prior to all shipments authorisation must be obtained, except for specially ordered items which cannot be returned. Total Forklift Service recommends careful selection of parts ordered and if unsure, seek advice before ordering parts.
